Imagine you live in a jungle where there is no electricity. and a person comes to you to sell you a mobile. now that person is the top marketer of the world. the question is will you buy that mobile?

there should be a need for the product then only people buy it, the reason you are reading this is that there is a need. understand this.

Outbound marketing involves proactively reaching out to consumers to get them interested in a product.

so whenever you see an ad from the person who you don’t know comes under outbound marketing.

this interrupts your attention.

Inbound marketing

in simple terms, is the process of helping potential customers find your company. … Inbound marketing is a strategy that utilizes many forms of pull marketing — content marketing, blogs, events, search engine optimization (SEO), social media, and more — to create brand awareness and attract new business.

there is a lot of stuff in this and I don’t want to bother you with everything you will get confused. but I also wont let you hanging

it refers to a good or service that a company offers to customers. Ideally, a product should fulfill an existing consumer demand. Or a product may be so compelling that consumers believe they need to have it and it creates a new demand

Marketers must link the price to the product’s real and perceived value, but they also must consider supply costs, seasonal discounts, and competitors’ prices. In some cases, business executives may raise the price to give the product the appearance of being a luxury.

Place

When a company makes decisions regarding place, they are trying to determine where they should sell a product and how to deliver the product to the market. The goal of business executives is always to get their products in front of the consumers that are the most likely to buy them.

Promotion

Promotion includes advertising, public relations, and promotional strategy. The goal of promoting a product is to reveal to consumers why they need it and why they should pay a certain price for it.

now you know where is your market and who are your customers lets talk about traditional vs digital marketing.

if we consider today’s market digital space is booming but that doesn’t mean traditional marketing is of no use

in many parts of our country there is still no internet so people there really on radio , here traditional marketing comes into picture

but traditional marketing is not customer specific,

for example if you have to sell a shoe and you run ad on facebook the ad will be only shown to people who want shoes

on the other hand in traditional marketing the ad will be shown to everyone. and it becomes hard to track the ad’s conversion.

so you have to choose wisely where to market depending on your product and customers.

you may ask what is the marketing funnel is in the first place?

this is a big concept but to make it understandable in a sentence this is what it is

marketing funnel is journey of a customer from not knowing you to purchasing from you.

now lets talk about catt

C : it is content. now that might be any thing blog ,video,ad, written text, podcast , anything-anything that canvey your message

A: its is attention,It means driving attention (traffic) to your content using SEO, social media, Paid Ads and Referrals.

T : is for trust . if they trust you then only they buy from you . building a personal brand can bring trust from your consumers we will talk on that later in this articel

T : stands for transaction

It means converting your leads into customers with natural sales methods.

consult: help people in that niche, this will also increase your learning and your authority

mentor : once you have experience consulting 1 or 2 individuals is time to scale it up. mentor 100 people or more. this will increase your brand value.

startup: now by this time you already have an audience that trusts you and who can buy from you, you have word of mouth. you can launch a startup with your skill.
